Wilson C. Kwok is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He was the Founding Executive Committee Member and Honorary Treasurer of the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong.
Wilson has extensive experience in finance, auditing, international tax planning, financial management, consultancy advisory, pre-IPO arrangement, corporate finance, professional training, and more. Under his leadership, LKKC has sustainably grown for more than 30 years.
As the leader of LKKC, his reputation is supported through his professional expertise, his integrity, and dedication to supporting the community. Besides his achievements in academics and business activities, he holds a number of positions at various professional associations and charitable organizations, on top of his senior appointments at several publicly-listed organizations.

With more than 25 years of investment and M&As experience in the Greater China region, Ms. Wong has a solid experience of leading teams in M&As, deal-making, re-structuring, fundraising, internal audit, taxation planning, and pre-IPO advisory services. She has assisted and advised for more than 40 IPO, M&As, and other projects in Hong Kong, Greater China, and the U.S.A.
She currently serves in several advisory committees and as an independent non-executive director for Hong Kong and U.S.- listed companies. She also previously held senior positions at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and was responsible for several notable IPO projects in Hong Kong. She is the founding member of the Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Financial Accountants in the U.K. and CPA Australia.
Mr. Leung is an experienced Certified Public Accountant and he has more than 15 years of professional experience in auditing assurance, taxation planning, and related corporate services. He directs LKKC’s the auditing and taxation divisions, with specialization in tax planning and investigation assignments.
Dickson Chan is an experienced Certified Public Accountant with more than a decade of professional experience in auditing assurance, special audit, and taxation planning services. He directs the auditing division.
Jazzy Lee is an experienced Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. She has been in the taxation profession for more than 15 years.
